Bristol Train of Artillery
The BTA is the oldest organization in Bristol to have maintained an uninterrupted existence from the date of its establishment on February 12, 1776. The headquarters at 135 State Street, is also a museum containing many rare specimens of military weapons and artifacts, shoulder arms, sabers, documents and other memorabilia of BTA members dating back to the American Revolution.
