| Warren Baptist Church | ||||||
Located on Main Street, at the corner of Miller, this structure designed by Russell Warren and built in 1844, replaces one burned by Hessian troops during a 1776 raid on Warren. The tower bell was recast from an original by Paul Revere. The earlier Baptist meeting house was the site of Rhode Island College, founded in 1764, and later became Brown University.
